Psychological consultations are a talking based therapy in which you are able to talk about what is going on for you. A psychologist listens, and typically asks questions to help you both to gain a deeper insight into what may be occurring for you. Psychologists trained in Australia are taught to deliver evidence-based therapies.

Working with Children involves working with parents and carers to establish treatment parameters and to understand the context and of the child's life, social connections and symptom. The work involves the building of rapport and trust with the child to facilitate communication, exploration, and creative approaches to problem solving.
Psychoanalysis is both a theory and practice. It acknowledges the influence of the unconscious mind on thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and the importance of human relationships on the human psyche.
